Full time employees (minimum 32 hours per week) are eligible to accrue time off based on hours worked and years of service. Part time employees (minimum 24 hours per week) are eligible to accrue time off based on hours worked and years of service.

Full Time employees (minimum 32 hours per week) are entitled to the above seven holidays at eight hours each.

Part Time employees (minimum of 24hours per week) are entitled to the above seven holidays at four hours each.

• Full Time and Part Time employees may take holiday time after 30 days of employment.

Medical Plan - The financial security and general welfare of our employees and their dependents is of vital importance to us. Our major medical program is unique in that it is three tiered and offers employees the opportunity to receive their health care inside PHC with only a $20.00 co-pay.
 
Life Insurance - PHC provides life insurance equal to an employee’s annual salary at a minimal cost to the employee.

day accident and 8th day sickness, covered up to 90 days. Benefit is 60% of gross earnings.
Sick leave plan with benefits beginning after a 90 day elimination period. Monthly benefit: 60% of covered gross earnings.
