The PHC Department of Endocrinology consists of a team of qualified and experienced health care providers: Dr. Kellie Faulk, Dr. Catherine Rolih and Family Nurse Practitioner Wanda Rushton. Together we specialize in the care and education of people with hormonal imbalances such as Diabetes, Thyroid disorders and osteoporosis to name a few.
