1. Meditate and Pray
2. Read Scriptures
3. Love (Look for the good in others and yourself)
4. Serve (do a good turn or two or three)
5. Forgive (a grudge will hurt only you)
6. Do something you find joy in doing
7. Drink eight glasses of water, yes, water (a hydrated body fights illness, injury, excess weight, constipation, and fatigue much better)
8. Eat fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes
9. Exercise
10. Work
11. Get proper rest
12. Be safe
